Retail in Action monitors, evaluates and measures brand and retail
experiences for brand owners, retailers and their creative agencies.

Retail for us is any environment where a transactional relationship

with a customer takes place and includes banks and building societies,

fast food outlets, pubs and clubs, car dealerships as well High Street

and Out of town retail.

 

Our business revolves around two axes - customer perspective and

customer understanding. The former enables us to see things as the

customer sees them. The latter helps us to get closer to how the

customer thinks. The combination is unique.

 

We deliver retail intelligence to help understand your customers better

in a retail context and to measure brand performance in-store.  We have

developed expert tools and methodologies to help us achieve this. Tools

which capture retail from the eyes of the customer and tools that dig deep
